I plan to purchase a pair of Triton tower for my listening room (W=3.2m, L=4.0m, H=2.5m).
I'm not sure which Triton towers are the most suitable for this room.
Please kindly suggest.

Welcome to the forum Weerapat, this is the right place to get good help.
Sorry, can I ask please, your name sounds Thai to me. Can I ask, are you in Thailand?
IF you are in Thailand I can help you a LOT, IF you don't know who to talk to. We have a great distributor here who will help you a LOT.
IF you are not in Thailand I can recommend the Triton 2 towers. They are what I have in a room only a little bit larger than yours.
And they sound GREAT!!!!!
They will fill that room with beautiful music!!!!
The Triton Ones are even better I am told, I have never heard them. The thing I always recommend is to get the BEST speaker you can afford, even if it might be a little large for your room now, because you will have it for many years and it may be in many different rooms, or different homes, even different countries like mine have been.
Have you had the chance to listen to the Triton Ones or 2s yet?
IF you want to let us know more about are you listening to music all the time, or to movies too? What kind of amp or receiver will you be using to play the Tritons? Things like that, and we will try to help more.
All the best, enjoy your adventure finding great speakers.
God Bless,
Wayne

Hi Wayne,

Yes, I'm Thai and I live in Bangkok.
I will use them solely for music.
I have heard the Triton Two at a dealer and an audio show in Bangkok. I was blown away by its sound.
However, the dealer told me that the Triton Three, which they don't have it in stock, is the most suitable for my room.
Could you tell me your listening room size?

About amplifier,
I have a Rogue Audio Sphinx (Class D, 100wpc @8ohms).
I'm not sure it has enough power to drive the Triton towers to a good level or not?
If more power is required, please kindly suggest.

Regards,
Weerapat

Sawatdee krap Khun Weerapat!!!!
Yindee to see you here na krap!!!!! Kah Tod na krap, praser Thai dai nid noi na krap, I will have to speak English).
I live in Mae Sai, the very North of Thailand.
I have both the Triton 2s and the Triton 3s (the Triton 7s too), and tried out both in my home theater room.
It is approx. 4.25 X 5 X 3.
IF you could audition the Triton Ones in your music room, you might find that they will not be too large. But I am not sure. I can tell you for SURE that the Triton 2s will not be too large and will play louder, better than the Triton 3s. I am now using the Triton 3s as surround sound speakers in my home theater, with the Triton 2s in the front. I have the SC X as a center channel. The ForceField 5 is my sub, with a pair of Triton 7s in the rear surround.
With the same speakers all around, all GoldenEar Tech. the sound is very full and coherent.
One great thing about the Triton towers is that the built in sub has a volume control so you can turn it down some if your location is too close to a side wall. They are easy to locate in the room.
I recommend the Triton 2s over the 3s a LOT.
I hope this helps and if I can help any more, please be sure and ask.
It is so much fun to put together a great music system. I hope you find just what you want/need
and enjoy listening to the music!!!
God Bless, (Praw Jaow Oy Pon yer yer na krap)

Thank you very much Khun Wayne.

By the way, I talked to the dealer this afternoon.
They will allow me to audition the Triton 1s and 2s at my listening room on the 3rd week of this month.

Regards,
Weerapat
