Hi all,

I'm hoping I can find some guidance here. I just purchased the Triton 2 Towers and have an issue. Now, it could possibly be my amplifier (and I'm hoping that's the case) but one of my towers' LED never stays on (the other tower stays on constantly).

Basically, when I plugged the tower in, the LED started flashing (at this point, the speaker wire wasn't connected). Then, after a few seconds, it went and stayed dark. I cannot find any data on what that might mean and no one here has seemed to experience this.

I hoping someone can guide me here.

Thanks!

Sorry to hear you are having a problem. Is the powered section of the speaker working? Typically no lite after flashing means a problem has occurred during initialization and the amp is not on (so no output from the powered section of the speaker).

Is this a new speaker, or was this a working speaker that developed a problem? If new, contact your GoldenEar dealer for a replacement, otherwise contact your dealer for service/support.

Thanks for the quick reply. Actually, it might be the receiver. I've sent it out for repair and will update this thread when it's been replaced / repaired.

Until then, the Tritons remain silent :(

The speaker are brand new anyway so I'm not too concerned if I've got a bad one (in which case, I'll also buy a lottery ticket!)

All is well. It turns out it was the receiver. I got a replacement from Harmon Kardon and we're rocking! B)

The Triton Two's are awesome speakers.
