I know anthem has a great post, "Currently Playing" at 865 pages long! Hard to wade through it for someone new to Golden Ear Speakers. List five of your top audiophile tracks that you would show off your Golden Ear speakers . Yeah, I like Satisfaction from the Stones but I'm talking about pristine recordings that are so good would probably sound good on my old eight track deck. Shows how old I am! I have so many but here are five instrumental tracks that highlight all the frequencies from the lowest notes GE active subwoofers reproduce to those wonderful highs of the folded ribbon tweeter. I am a semi professional drummer so I like to play these types of tracks at near live levels. Probably 90 - 95 dB. I know not good for the ears but my listening sessions at that level are kept short. Plus GE speakers can handl the headroom without distortion.
Not in any particular order:

1. The Golden Dolphin - Marco Minnemann Incredible drum sonics
2. Justice's Groove - Stanley Clarke Beautiful bass tone
3. Alone in the City - Chris Botti That trumpet, so clear from the HVFR tweeter
4. Personal Power - Wolfgang Schmid - Everything here, tight bass, well recorded drums, and that sax!
5. American Tango - Weather Report - Wait for the keyboards to come in
So much music-so little time!

Interesting that I don' t know any of those tracks! Will check them out.
Here are the ones I use most when making changes, based on reading lots of pro review articles and talking to audiophile friends. Some are so used at say trade shows that some people refuse to listen to them....
1) Keith Don't Go by Nils Lofgren on Acoustic Live
2) Don't Know Why by Norah Jones
3) I.G.Y by Donald Fagan
4) Nothing Compares to U Sinead O'Connor
5) Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen

Note I have > 500 songs on my "demo" playlist that are interesting in various ways or I love and want to make sure sound great on my system...

These are a good sampling but in limited genres. As well as these 5 I put on classical, jazz (kind of blue, time out), rock, alt, etc....

Hi Wweiss,
Well, I keep my playlists in itunes. (And my dsd etc playlist in roon).
But to share with friends I use musconv to upload them to amazon music.
I think anyone, or perhaps only amazon prime customers, can access them.
Here is the one containing my demo tracks:
music.amazon.com/user-playlists/18e9df11...ER&musicTerritory=US

Unfortunately amazon music doesn't contain all of my tracks. There is usually about a 10% dropoff of music they don't have. Still you might find it interesting. Let me know?

You might like this too. If you are a tidal customer. It's a playlist of 100 "audiophile" tracks put together by Chris Connaker (I think an audio gear reviewer at some website). Found some great music from it. Best is maybe "goodbye yellow-brick road" by Sara Bareilles...
