As I am in the market for an active speaker with digital inputs as well as analogue I am curious as to when the DigitalAktiv 3 will be released?

Hi Rocco,

At this point we hope to begin shipping the DigitalAktiv 3 sometime around June-July-August of 2020. The project is taking longer than we hoped.

Given the recent acquisition by The Quest Group, can you please let us know if the DigitalAktiv 3's are still on track for a late summer release?

I've been holding out on the KEF LS50Ws for over a year now because I want to hear what you guys come up with

I am sorry to say that there is no new news on the DA3. Still looking at late summer.

Meantime, a passive version of it will come out in March as the BRX (Bookshelf Reference X) for $699/each. It sounds exceptionally good, whether with crazy high-end electronics & source or something more modest.
