Hi,
Just purchased set of Triton2's, SC-XL & SSAT3's for home theather setup. Not even broken in yet but Absoulety loving it so far.
But I wanted to ask if others have added in a dedicated SUBWOOFER to improve overall LFE impact. In particular for Movies and BLURAY concert type source material?

Good system, enjoy it!!!!
Good question too.
I did add a ForceField 5 even though I have the Triton 2s up front and Triton 3s as surrounds and T 7s as rear surrounds. I guess I am a bass head, but for movies I just think you need a sub that digs deep (rattles the windows in other words).
YMMV, but that is what I did and I love it!!!!

Prior to getting my T1s, I was using T2s up front and a sub behind the couch. For me it was more for balancing the room at lower volume more than needing extra LFE punch. The extra punch was a nice fringe benefit.

Triton 1 - R,L
SuperCenter XL - Center
Triton 2 - Surrounds
SuperSat 50 - Rear surrounds
Emotiva XMC-1 pre/pro
Emotiva XPA-1 G2 monoblocks, R/L/C,
Emotiva XPA-1L monoblocks: surrounds, rears

Home Office Office:
Triton 7 - R,L
Emotiva XPA1-L, Stealth DC-1 DAC
