Not only was I taken with the look of these fantastic bookshelf monitors but they won my 5 speaker shootout competition, hands down. These Aon 3's are the mouthpiece for my old fashioned two-channel system which includes a Rega Brio-R integrated, Apollo CD player and P2 turntable (also have an NAD 616 dubbing cassette deck that is still used occasionally). Bought the Brio-R and the Aon 3's simultaneously. What an amazing bump up in clarity, detail and depth of sound stage! These speakers really rock and I can't wait to get them on their own dedicated speaker stands and off the shelving unit where they currently reside. I would recommend these speakers to anyone looking for good quality bookshelf speakers. Worth every penny!
