I am setting up a stereo / Surround system with Triton 1s for front, MPX Center, MPX for back. But I have a question. I have a 20 x 20 room with a 16' vaulted ceiling. The vaulted sides are where the Atmos speakers would need to go. Is there a speaker that can be properly positioned for good Atmos sound? Any of the Invisa series speakers?

thanks
Mark

I have the same situation. Asked about it here. See my thread. You'll see that it was covered extensively and that there was nothing else to say on the topic. The advice I got was to work with your Dealer as they are there on the ground and better able to see the obstacles that need to be overcome. Of course if your Dealer is not real close you are SOL and will have to work it out yourself.

Sorry Mark and Blues,
I have no experience whatsoever on this, am not running ATMOS and most, if not all others on here are not either. IF you guys are going to go with the cutting edge stuff, I guess you can expect to have to work out some of the bugs/problems yourselves, assuming the dealer cannot help you.
We could throw out suggestions of things to try, or ill-advised opinions that come from what we have read, but that would be pretty worthless.
Good news is, IF you guys get it worked out, and IF anybody else jumps on the ATMOS bandwagon, then hopefully your experiences will help them.
Hang in there, it is not as though we don't care.
All the best to you, God Bless,
Wayne

This might be helpful. This will hold up to 10 lbs and would easily take a SSat 3 and be able to place it just in front of the viewer and aimed down at the seating area.

OmniMount 10.0 Ceiling Bracket

Hope this helps.
