So one of my triton 2's green lights isn't coming on, and there is no bass coming through whatsoever. I've switched them around, tried different sources, and yes I've fiddled with the volume knob. The rest of the speaker works. Any thoughts?

Bummer. Check to make sure it is getting power (check a/c cord, outlet and connection at speaker, if all good, check the fuse). If getting power and still nothing, jot down the serial number and call your dealer. They will order replacement electronics modules and can contact you when they arrive so you can bring in the speaker. Takes a couple days to get parts and the swap takes about 15 minutes. All under warranty if you are the original purchaser.

Moved the Triton Twos from front to surround duty, the green lights still worked, but the speaker cables were a little too short for the right position. Finally got some pigtails to extend the speaker wire, got them in the right position. They play great, Happy Happy times, NOPE, now one of my green lights will not come on.
Will go through the advice above, am slowly checking everything, but have not got it to come on yet. Put it back where it was working, still nothing.
Swapped wires, nothing.
DRAT!!!!

2. Even though the light does not come on, you can check to see if the amp is still operational by listening with the LFE cable connected and disconnected to see if there is a difference in bass levels.

Please keep us posted. So far, I have had zero problems with any GEt speakers, but have had some issues with other components, where getting support has been a "process", thankfully helped and speeded along by my local dealer.

GEt's commitment to getting things fixed is, IMHO, unique. In a world of complex components, it is SO nice to have a company (GEt) that goes the extra mile!!! Hang in there. I know GEt will help getting it fixed.

Sorry for the troubles Wayne. Good suggestions from Art, also check the fuse. Sometimes they can become unseated (or just fail) from plugging and unplugging, especially as they get old. If no good on all fronts, contact your distributor with the serial number (a back panel picture from your phone is the best way to insure the right info is received) and the problem description. They will contact us and we will get a replacement electronics package out for them immediately. Repair is pretty straightforward, you may want to request they send the parts to you (they will of course need the failed parts back) along with instructions so you can fix them quickly yourself (all that's needed is a Phillips screwdriver).
