Correct. It doesn't have the ability to pull the bad data from another source; it only determines if the data matches the consensus at AccurateRip.

If I remember right, one frame is one sample, so if it has a bad frame and interpolates, it is probably just averaging the sample before the bad one with the sample after the bad one. I assume it's a simple average, but it may be more sophisticated under the hood.

Anyway, I have yet to hear an audible artifact from this interpolation.

What an aggregate of talent! Made me want more. Just ordered a CD/DVD combo from Amazon. (Anyone know of a Blu-ray by them? A shame if no HD versions exist of such a collection of talent ?)
