...And here is a supremely cool gesture and gift from John McLaughlin. You can download his newest album for free and in full CD resolution of 44.1k/16-bit, should you select that. mahavishnujohnmclaughlin.bandcamp.com/al...adevan-zakir-hussain

I know his music is not for everyone, but you just have to love the generosity.

Thanks, Moderator Dude!

Did some digging, John McLaughlin has a dozen albums available for streaming on Tidal, over 60 on Amazon Music, 3 of which are in hi res, including "The Essential John McLaughlin", which this clip is from.

The new album you show, downloadable (thanks!), "Is That So?", kind of reminds me of the George Harrison, Ravi Shankar collaboration.

If you like the Indian influenced music of his, check out McLaughlin's Shakti albums from the '70s. One of the collaborators on "Is That So?", Zakir Hussain, was in the original Shakti lineup along with McLaughlin.

Jae Sinnett/The Sinnett Hearings (2006) - Third Potato

Nursing a Specialty coffee and watching A Perfect World with Kevin Costner and Clint Eastwood (1993) and listening to my T Refs, of course! Not much else to do, except, maybe, possibly...search for some toilet paper.:side:
D-Sonic m3a-600m Mono > McIntosh MC152 > Primaluna ProLogue Premium Preamp > Oppo UDP205 > Decware ZLC > Triton Reference > Isoacoustics Gaia 2 > Canare 4S11 Speaker Cables > Audience Forte 3, Anticable L3 & Shunyata Venom PC's

Every great performance deserves an Audience!

I was in the mood for some house rocking sound.

Pink Floyd, Another Brick in the Wall, from their classic DVD, and album, The Wall. Concert version here.

Just what I needed!
