Starting the day out with Paul Simon's Graceland on 180 g vinyl. It's being accompanied by a cup of Honduran Organic Dulce Luna 18 Rabbit brewed in the Kailta Wave. Great album and great coffee! It is a very floral cup. Since there seemed to be some interest in coffee here, I really recommend the Kalita Wave. It's a pour over brew method that produces a cup that falls somewhere between a French press and a Chemex. It leaves plenty of solids and just enough oils in the coffee to produce a clean, yet full flavor profile.

Thanks T Cobe for the coffee tips!!!!

The weather here was so incredibly beautiful all I did inside was literally dust off the T1's

I did listen to some jazz last night after the "pro bowl" I listened to a CD I bought 20 years ago "Jazz Like you've Never Heard it Before" Many great jazz musicians and singers on the CD. I highly recommend it.

There's no need for this game(Pro Bowl). I agree with recognizing the players for exceptional performance but a football game in Hawaii that means nothing and is not attended by over 65% of the selected players???? Have a recognition ceremony after the superbowl.....

Come on Baseball!!!!!!

Both of these work for me.
How does Paul Sound???? OK, yes, we understand about the coffee (well I don't really) but glad you are enjoying it,.

DT, I feel the same way about the ProBowl. I completely forgot about it yesterday. Those games always highlight for me what makes teams great and it's not great players, it's teamwork. The ProBowl teams always look horrible because they have no chemistry.

Goosebumps! Not the movie, that's what this track is giving me. I can't speak for how it sounds on CD, Wayne, but I can say that the album is great on vinyl. This track, in particular, presents a ton of acoustics from the "live" environment they used to record it. Extremely 3-dimensional and engaging. T1s are always so good at reproducing true to life vocals and they shine on this track. This highlights the difference I had spoke about in preferring a live recording over a studio recording. If I close my eyes, I feel like I am there. What more can you ask for?

Cheers,

T Cobe
