By the way, I totally agree with your thinking to first convert to all GEt speakers before considering upgrading any GEt speakers you already have, like your SCXL. I cannot begin to describe the absolute joy I get from the GEt sound envelope I am so fortunate to have.

I have ENJOYED music in the past, even LOVED music on other systems. But I have NEVER been brought close to tears by any system before, feeling like I AM THERE!. Not until I just went 100% GEt. I credit the HT guy I consulted early on for talking me out of trying a mixed system with different speaker brands.

Happy listening! I know you'll sort your way, well, through all the decisions you are facing, like pre/pro's, ATMOS additions, when to upgrade GEt speakers that are already serving you well. You have already built a great system! Enjoy it, and we all will be looking forward to what great, well thought out improvements you make in the future!

And, thank you, for being such a great resource to so many folks with questions on the forum. As Wayne has said: often, before most have even read the post, you have already provided great advice! Your breadth of knowledge and willingness to share is truly appreciated by all.

Thank you, Rick. Those are very kind words! This forum is a great place for people to share ideas. There are a lot of helpful members here. It's awesome that we can have so many different points of view and express them without any major blow outs.

I will definitely be upgrading my remaining speakers left over from my previous system. I have been on the fence until recently but finally feel that the Aon 3s and future Invisa HTR-7000s will be a perfect match. Eventually, I'll replace my sub behind my PLP with a GET model as well to achieve the same 360 degree bass you have with your T1 and T2 combo. Maybe that will spark more of an interest in surround music.
