Thanks for the MOG link, but it is not available outside the US. Anyway, our internet is SOOOOO slow, that there is no way we can stream anything.
But you can download and buy anything you like from them, keep it, right?

Wayne: as far as I know the basic subscription fee allows you streaming rights only. You are renting the music - which is fine, I do not have the need to physically own my music. With the advent of 4G wireless internet, I am sure the whole world will soon be able to connect to the internet at high bandwith - most likely something better will come out in the next few years. Here in Jersey, I am always connected to the internet via my phone at almost the same speed as I get at home, because of 4G.

Thanks for the explanation. So as long as you keep paying their subscription rate, you can listen to the music they have as much or as often as you want? That means the price of listening to what you want to hear could go up any time somebody felt like it? That way does not work with my mentality. I am having enough trouble with the idea of playing files, NOT discs. I like having a disc in my hand, in my library. Then it is mine to listen to whenever I want.
Or watch, as the same goes for DVDs and Blu-rays.
When some nuclear EMP wipes out the Cloud, with a bigger, mushroom shaped cloud, come over and see me, we can still play rock and roll with the shiny things I have.
Ha ha, I laugh, hoping it never comes to that.
But I will not be waiting until I can stream either. (I think these are all just more ways to try and make sure nobody can make copies)
