Sorry...one more.

With my XPA-1Ls, I have had to turn down the gain on my T1 internal amp from 13:30 to 12:00 or the bass drowns out the vocals and the rest of the music. On disc, this track is a great examples of a balanced recording. A lot going on throughout the audio spectrum. This is fun!

Cheers,

T Cobe

Now hold on -- T Cobe -- my wife likes/enjoys Santana, so you will definitely hear Santana on the elevator. A little something for everyone...lots or maybe just a few, Happy Campers here.

We actually have Santana/Supernatural in our collection.
D-Sonic m3a-600m Mono > McIntosh MC152 > Primaluna ProLogue Premium Preamp > Oppo UDP205 > Decware ZLC > Triton Reference > Isoacoustics Gaia 2 > Canare 4S11 Speaker Cables > Audience Forte 3, Anticable L3 & Shunyata Venom PC's

Every great performance deserves an Audience!

Hey Now Hey Now Hey Now, Hold the presses boys!!!!!
They don't be playin' Santana Supernatural on no elevator!!!! At least not "Put your lights on" and "Smooth",my two personal favorites from this DVD and CD, yup, I have em both and IF they would ever put it on Blu-ray I would buy that too!!!!!
We can't actually be agreeing on some music can we???????????
You guys have seen the DVD of the concert haven't you? It is great, even the duet with Sarah McLaughlin, who has a beautiful voice, beautiful songs and just brings me DOWN to listen to her much. But "In the Arms of the Angels" is awesome here.
Smooth is my go to song when I am FORCED to sing Karaoke here, yes, it happens and I am not proud of it.
The Everlast cut is one of my all time favorites.
We better savor this moment!!!!!
God Bless,
Wayne

Anthem,

I'm talking about the actual Santana songs, not the Muzak version... I'm not sure about down der in Nabraska, but here in da great white Nort, we don't play dat der Santana in da elevators, eh.

Wayne,

I would pay to se you doing karaoke of Rob Thomas: Smooth! I laughed out loud on that one! You're a hoot, eh!

Off to make some chili. No more premium 2-channel until later today. I wish the T1s were more mobile: I'd tote them up to the kitchen to accompany me.

Cheers,

T Cobe

Oh boy, I went and did it now! I'm talkin about cookin chili with a Texan, aren't I? Well, we'll just call this a heart healthy, chili inspired stew then. That should tell you everything about this recipe. Ground turkey, kidney beans, black beans, stewed tomatoes, etc... If I made it the way I wanted, it wouldn't be heart healthy or help me lose the 10 pounds I need to drop. At least I'm not using pasta or corn...

Cheers,
