I have the Triton 5s for L/R and Super Center X and SVS SB-3000 sub. The room in 11x13x7h with a drop ceiling filled with 12" of fluffy insulation. Current distance from fronts is 7'. I was considering Supersat 3s for the side L/R and Invisa 525s for the heights. Distance to sides and heights would be 4 to 5 feet. Two questions.
1. I was considering replacing a ceiling tile with 5/8" drywall and then mounting the Invisa 525 to the drywall ceiling tile. They would be surrounded by the 12" of insulation about 4" below the floor joists. Would this work?

or

2. At this close listening distance would I be better off with Supersat 3c speakers as the heights and using a swivel bracket to hang them from the ceiling tile grid?

Any input would be appreciated before making speaker purchase.

Thanks,
Lou

Hi Lou,

Both options should work, but my guess is the SuperSat 3 will be the better option since you can direct it a bit using the SuperSwivel mounts.
