I just bought the Supercinema 3D Array, Forcefield3, and Invisa650's, to be installed next week. Very excited to say the least.

My question: My existing receiver is 50 watt per channel. Will that be enough for the speakers (on the lower end of their recommended wattage)?

Thanks,

Justin

Probably. Depends on how big a room and how loud you want it to play, but...

We don't see receivers in that power range these days, so I'm guessing it is a very old piece of gear and not able to decode today's modern digital formats? That would be the larger issue, I think. You could probably get a modern receiver with twice the power for a fraction of what you paid for the speaker system and installation... might be a good way to ensure your enjoyment of the new speaker system.
