Hey folks, hoping to pick your brains. I just moved into a new house and want to fulfill a dream of creating a home theater. The den is about 22 x 18 ft, with a 12 ft trey ceiling. One sidewall is rock/fireplace/shelves, the back half of the other side wall is open, and the back is large windows. Floor is wood but all of the furniture is upholstered and there is a thick rug with a pad. Furniture and spouse limit (exclude?) the possibility of large towers :).

Four Invisa HTR 7000's for the ceiling is a given. If cost is not a factor, would you consider 4 Invisa SPS for L/R/surround -or- 2 Invisa SPS (L/R) plus two MPX for the surrounds?

There will be a console (BDI Corridor) - would you keep it all the same and use an Invisa SPS for an in-wall center, or a SuperCenter XL/XXL in the console? Finally, a pair of SuperSat XL's, or go all in with a SuperSat XXL?

Obviously very preliminary at this point, but I want to get it right, and I appreciate your time.

Hey DJ, thanks for joining the forum. Probably no answers because you are talking about some products that are not yet available so no one has any experience yet. I'll try to answer a few of your questions:

Invisa SPS for L/R surround would be the "best" choice for the system based on the Invisa SPS in the front.

I would use a SuperCenter XXL if that fits your setup.

If you mean SuperSub (not SuperSat), then we would absolutely suggest two SuperSub X rather than one SuperSub XXL.

Hope this helps.

Thank you!

Since I posted I've read through a lot of the forums and am impressed with the knowledge and advice given. I realize I could have answered a couple of questions on my own and thank you for your indulgence.

There are two dealers in my area - I understand the SPS will be available sometime this fall or winter and I will audition everything before proceeding. Wish me luck.

Dealers should start receiving first shipments of the Invisa Signature Point Source in late March.

Just an update...
We've just finished updating the house and I pre-wired the room above.

Final choices were:
Invisa SPS for front left and right
Supercenter Reference for front center
Invisa MPX for rear surrounds
Four Invisa HTR 7000 for Atmos
2 SuperSub XLs - the front one wired to the amp, the rear using a SVS SoundPath Tri-band wireless adapter

Amp is NAD T778
