why didn`t you tell me you had a dealer in my city i checked your dealer locater and you have one would have save a lot of trouble, some company you are to deal with wow you don`t even know who your dealers are

Seriously? I don't recall being asked for a dealer in your area.

If this is regarding service, the only dealer REQUIRED to perform service on your product is the selling dealer. (Although the company CAN request a closer dealer help in some circumstances.)
