So I recently bought Triton One.Rs and a Super Center Reference.
The 1.Rs replaced DefTech BP6s

After setting up the new speakers. When I turn the avr power on and my power amp switches on their is one snap/crackle/pop from the Tritons. This did not happen with the DefTechs. Also the speakers never pop any other time, no matter how hard I push them.

Also sometimes the Bluelight on just the left Triton does not light. If I reset the system both lights will come on.

I have checked the connections on all of the cables and wires (all are fairly new and of a mid grade) but I have not replaced any.

My equipment
LG Oled C8 which triggers out to
Denon AVR-X3500H which power my center+surounds and trigger outs to
PS Audio Stellar S300 which powers the Tritons
Other equip LG HD Blu Ray Player and PS4

I would like to get rid of the snap/pop and I'm worried that the blue light not lighting consistently might mean something is defective.
Any ideas?
My 1st step is to get another set of speaker cables and swap them out to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

Sounds like your speakers are plugged into a switched outlet. Don't do that, leave them plugged into a live outlet all the time unless you are going on vacation for weeks.

Thanks for the info.

I moved the speaker power to a different surge protector and removed the trigger cable from the PS Audio Class D amp.
That fixed the issues.

Thanks again.
