I just want to thank GE and my local dealer for some great customer service.

My recently purchased Triton Ones had an audible hiss issue due to an internal amp problem. From the moment I talked with both my local dealer/installer in Austin (Joe Zebrink of Zen Audio) and called the GE office, I received outstanding customer support all along the chain -- in the front office, from Joe, and from the regional salesperson for GE, Mike Lang. Joe came to my house and easily fixed the problem with a part that GE overnighted. I was back to normal in no time.

The Triton Ones are the best audio investment I've made in terms of sound quality enhancement, and it's great to see the attention to detail extends to friendly, quick and satisfying customer service.

OpenMindAudio, I agree with you. I too had a service issue with one of my T1s and the servicing was outstanding as compared to how most other companies operate. Best of luck with your T1s.
