yeah i guess its going to be the trade off. i am sure the speakers will exceptionally perform on the lower side of the spectrum.
thanks for the tip on the blocks.
till then, thanks Wayne

Hi Wayne
the IRG 2000 is indeed a beauty but I was thinking more on the LC3-Purist Line Conditioner - more on my budget.
I would only have the speakers and the peachtree to connect and the laptop or watercooled rig later on.
I am also thinking of a media player so to remove the PC completely from the equation, like the Pioneer Elite N-50 and hook it up with a QNAP HS210 NAS ;-) should be ample of headroom for this line conditioner to serve its purpose I hope.

I got ya Stephan, that (LC-3) is what I used for years and I never had any issues. I can say it is not in the same class. BUT I also understand living on a budget, for sure!!!!!
I just put this system together piece by piece and then work harder than I want to to pay for it.
All the best,
God Bless,
Wayne

Hi Stephan,
I am busy working but was able to get your phone number to the GE distributor and he will have somebody call / contact you.
Or failing that, since you said you are not in a big hurry, I will give you his personal email when I get back to Thailand.
Since you are so far South, and would likely have to fly, you will have to come up North some at least to audition the Triton 2s, why don't you fly on up to where I live and drop in, listen to some music, check out a movie?
We can see Burma from our house, so I am talking the NORTH of Thailand, but that is not too far.
All the best, God Bless,
Wayne

Hey Stephan,
I live in the country outside Mae Sai, that is the northern most part of ChiangRai.
Yes, we live in the sticks. Actually the rice paddies. We are near the boondocks. We are almost at the end of the line.
We are country bumkins.
But we do have electricity and I have some Triton 2s and Triton 3s you can hear if you can make it up here this far?

Let me hear from you, Blessings, Wayne
