Hello everyone. I am using a forcefield 5 sub, and recently I have noticed a degradation in performance. The Sub seems to produce unpleasant rattling sound when playing some frequencies but sounds normal in other scenarios. I don't know what seems to be the issue.

I would recommend tightening the screw in the middle of the downward firing passive radiator. (Sometimes, this screw can work loose.) I would also make sure the red and black binding posts on the subwoofer's amplifier panel are tight. If this doesn't help, please contact GoldenEar for service options.

Thank you, I turned it over and tightened the screw in the middle of the radiator and that resolved the issue.
