Is there an up-down on the tweeter? I’d like to invert my supersat 60s which are being repurposed as rear channels and The wire holes are high so In this configuration the inputs are closer and it would keep the wire run short and less unsightly.

Yes. If you need to flip it "upside down" for easier access to the wiring it is not a problem. The keyhole mount on the back will easily accommodate your need as well. The grill will also flip so it will look right on the wall.
Yes, there is an orientation to the HVFR which is why there is a dedicated center channel "C" version. The veins of the tweeter should be oriented vertically. In the center channel versions of the SuperSats the tweeters are rotated.
