Unless I missed something in the instructions, I had to poke 4 small holes in each sock in order for the screws to be inserted in the base. Is this correct? You should mention this in the instructions. Sorry if I missed it in the instructions. Just for FYI....thx. Btw, speakers sound great...

Page 5, Step 1, Item e reads:

Push each screw through the cloth into the threaded holes on the bottom of the Triton, and then loosely tighten all four screws. If this has been done correctly, washers will be between the base and the heads of the screws.
