I just bought a pair of Triton Ones.
I got some new subwoofer cables from BlueJean Cables.
Hooked up the right speaker, no problem, but the connector on the right speaker is just a bit larger and neither one of the cables (either ends) will slip over the jack.
Anybody else had this issue?
Suggestion of a suitable female to male connector to solve the issue?
(My old looser Monster Cable subwoofer cable fits but I was hoping to replace it.)

We have had reports of this on BlueJean cables (only). I would guess their spec is a bit tight and perhaps the connector on the one speaker is slightly above spec for some reason. Would need to replace input panel to resolve.

I have the same issue but with different cables, not just blue jeans Cables. I've sent emails to Golden Ear about this but never got a response. I'd like to get a smaller connector to mount on the rear of the speaker but don't know if that's possible.

Hi PENSTATEMIKE, I'm sorry for the trouble. We've found that AudioQuest subwoofers cables fit (and work) quite well with the Triton towers. (I'm not aware of a smaller connector that could be installed on the back of the tower's amplifier panel.)

Thanks for the quick response. This problem is only with one of the speakers - the Blue Jeans subwoofer cable fits fine on the other tower. I can sort of jam the connector onto the problem speaker but am not really sure if its making a good connection.
