Hi Wayne!

Great of you to chip in here too :)

Yes, thumbs up to Roman and T Cobe for their advice and recommendations too. Great forumers in here all willing to help a brother out.

Wow, T3s' as surrounds and T7s' as rear surrounds. That's definitely something to keep in mind on my next re-configuration.

I am definitely a bit of a basshead too. You can't have *too* much of oomph in the chest (where applicable). Hence the interest to have a pair of FF5 or SuperSub XXL at a later stage after tinkering around with the T1s' up front. I have a feeling the urge for the LFE will come shortly B) As the XXL will not be out yet, I have a few months to settle down and warm up to the GE setup.

Cheers
Fred

Thanks, Fred. Just a quick follow up, I definitely recommend the SuperCenter XL. I had a few challenges setting mine up but that turned out to be an issue with my Integra receiver and not the speaker. GoldenEar has recommended a crossover frequency of 100hz on the SuperCenter XL with the T1s and then allowing the bass from the center channel to be diverted to the L/R channels. THe Triton's then create a sort of "phantom center" as it has been referred to. I haven't done this first hand, but I intend to as soon as I am able to purchase my very own set of T1s. I hope this is helpful.

Cheers,

T Cobe

T Cobe!

Thanks for the tip on the Supercenter XL!

Noted the following:
- crossover at 100hz
- center set to small (if not mistaken)

Do keep all of us updated when you get your hands on the T1s! And importantly, feedback on integrating into your system :)

Cheers

I think the SuperSat 3s are great little speakers but the SuperCenterXL is a true center channel....I would try hard to figure out a way of getting that in the mix.

I dropped my SuperCenterXL to 70 to get a true sound and the SuperCenter XL handles it well for my setup.

Dont get stuck on the recommendations, feel free to play around with the crossovers to find what works best for you and your room.

Thanks icharis

All tips are most welcome! I will look into the supersats or the invisas when it comes time to do up an Atmos/Auro environment.

Am reading up all around the GE forum for any nugget of info that others have shared too :)

Cheers
