One of my Triton 2 Towers has a problem with the subwoofer. The green LED light on the back is constantly flashing and never stops, ever after hours.

Here is what I have noted so far:

- Subwoofer does not work regardless of what setting I set the dial to. The speaker players audio, just no bass out of the subwoofer. The other tower is working fine.
- I unplugged the power for an entire day, re-plugged it back in, same issue.
- Swapped fuses with the working tower, but both fuses only works on the tower that does not have an issue with the subwoofer.
- Unplugged the LFE cable, and reconnected the power cable and the same issue still happens.
- Reconnected the speaker cables and LFE cables to make sure they were fastened tight.
- When I unplug/plug the working tower, the LED light seems to flash in a slightly slower rate for 30 seconds before it stays solid green. For the non-working tower, once you plug the power in, the LED light seems to flash at a much faster rate and never goes solid.

So there is definitely something wrong with the speaker. I have not changed anything with my setup since it used to work fine. Please help as this is really frustrating and not sure what I can do from here.

Thanks,

Flashing green light means amp is in protection mode indicating something has failed in the electronics. Take the speaker to your dealer for service (call ahead with the serial number and they can get parts on order in advance). Repair takes about 15 minutes (replacement of the amp modules). Sorry, when things plug in the wall, stuff occasionally happens.
