Brad,
Congrats on the new setup! I remember getting my T1s setup initially and my first impressions and reading your reactions brought that back. They are fantastic speakers!
Great advice on everything so far from the other forum members. I have the Anthem AVM 60 and the sound with GET speakers is very accurate and detailed while still being musical. I found Marantz to be more on the warm side and opted for the Anthem line. It sounds like you’ve already discovered it’s a great pairing.
The thing I like most about Anthem is the ARC software. There is a ton of flexibility. The quick measure feature is also very good for figuring out speaker placement. I’d suggest setting your gain knob at the 12 o’clock position on the T1s and adjust your bass through your Anthem for reference levels during movie playback. Starting at 500Hz as a cutoff is a great place to start, but every room is unique. I prefer going up to 2000Hz in my room due to some acoustic challenges. The beautiful part of ARC is that you can play around with the settings until you find what best suits you. Don’t be afraid of some trial and error. Be patient and you will be rewarded.
Keep us posted on your progress. I’m sure we are all looking forward to your pics!
Cheers,
T Cobe

An update on the Triton One, SuperCenter XXL, SuperSat3's...
The speakers have gotten a lot tighter with break-in and room correction. The mids woke up, the highs have gotten much silkier, and the bottom end is accurate, fast, and tight. I ran ARC at 500hz cut-off and it sounds great. I did notice that while having the Triton amps set to 12 o'clock, ARC found there to be too much bass to calculate a response; so I set the volume to 11 o'clock and off it went. ARC found every rattle in my Great-room! Since running ARC, the T1's don't have nearly as much sub-bass that compresses the air within the room but the mids are much more revealing. Prior to calibration the room was bloated with bass, as was shown by ARC, I had to re-position the mains a few times to get it right. The bloated bass was impressive none the less but really hid the mid range potential. It takes a while to grow accustomed to the voicing pre and post ARC, I'm thankful that Anthem allows for multiple profiles so that I can enjoy both worlds.
I wanted to also comment on the SuperCenter XXL and SuperSat3's: The SuperCenter XXL is amazing. It disappears within the stage, the transition between mains L/R and the XXL is seamless. It has breadth, with it's ability to reach deeper into the lower frequencies It's hard to tell where the XXL ends and the T1's follow through. This center channel holds its own. The SuperSat3's are great for Atmos, they do their job. I did find that they tend to sound similar to what they are... plastic. That's not to say its awful, because it isn't, but there's a definite difference between them and the aforementioned of a much higher grade. Thank goodness for ARC, it really tames the resonance.
All that said, the Triton Ones sound honest, dynamic, wide-open, and alive. There isn't an over-emphasis on anything in particular, the Triton's just sing like nobody is listening, and boy, do they hit the right notes. In an Atmos configuration, the entire pairing of speakers to Anthem MRX-720 is excellent. While having family over it was hard to get them to leave the room at the end of the evening.
Attached is a picture of my wall. There are a few cords kicking around still, I have an HDMI to my laptop that I haven't run under the floor yet. For those that asked the TV is an LG 75" 4k HDR, model: 75UJ657A. I didn't go all out on a panel as I wanted to invest more in sound this time around.
I hope everyone is doing well. Have a great week.

Brad,
Thanks for posting the picture. You have a great GE T system. Really enjoy seeing pictures of systems.
Question, is the SuperCenter XXL level to the top surface of the cabinet or do you have it tilted up slightly so it is aimed at your ears? If you have not tilted the XXL upwards, try it.
I love my XXL and how it blends with the T-Ones and the wide sound stage. My bass management system set the crossover at 40 or 50 Hz and I switched it to 80 per Sandy's Tip Sheet and the Moderators suggestion. Yes, it made a difference on my system.
When you mentioned Marantz, were you speaking about their preamp or recievers?
Sit back and enjoy.

Thanks Wayne. The TRefs are still breaking in but the system already sounds amazing. I recently upgraded to them from the Triton Ones that were amazing themselves. I am looking forward to listening to 2 channel and Atmos movies with the new set up!!!
