Okay. I'm almost entirely set-up now. The T1 boxes were a piece of cake, opened the face and rolled them over and the box slid off without too much effort.
.*deep breath* -here comes a gushfest.
My first impression of the Triton One's was an experience that I can only sum up by saying:
I shook my head.....
I put my right hand on my cheek.....
I laughed a little, and said holy crap ...a lot
Then, I played a few tracks.
And then, I said a whole lot more than holy crap while I smiled my face off and giggled in disbelief.
These speakers are magical.
The sound stage, the imaging and the ability to pinpoint where each musician would be standing as if they're right in front of me is simply transcendent!
When I can differentiate the lead singer's vocals from the back-up vocal, and it sounds like the back-up is directly over the leads left shoulder, the Triton One is a winner. I have no regrets.
-In the past my wife has insisted that she can't hear a difference but last night she admitted, and I quote: "Whoa... I can hear everything now!". To which I responded: Jesus, finally!
I'll get a photo online over the weekend, I need to get up on the 6' ladder to mount the SuperSat3's. and the great-room is a mess still.
