I securely shipped a pair of Triton Ones to a friend via FedEx Ground using original Goldenear boxes and packaging.
While the outside cardboard and internal thick styro-foam casing were both arrived in tact, upon unpacking it was discovered that the
black gloss base on one of the towers somehow broke off. We are assuming the the box was dropped with significant force during transit. Fundamentally, the base has been removed from the rest of the tower. Is this repairable? Thank you.

Yes, dropped, pretty good I'd reckon. If they were insured you should ask for $200 to replace the broken base as that is the replacement part cost. Installation is just with a Phillips screwdriver.

Great thank you! Can the base be secured directly from GE? Or should we go through an authorized GE dealer?

Easiest to order from your dealer, but you can buy the part direct from GoldenEar with a credit card. Contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you want to go that route.
