I went on Amazon an ordered the Nikolaj Znaider / The Gewandhaus Orchestra / Riccardo Chailly after listening to both on Amazon. It has been a while since I have purchased Orchestra on blu-ray. I did delve into 2L recordings for a bit but have been focusing on Duke Ellington and early John Coltrane more recently.

Interesting stuff here... Anthem! No sax on your Grace post???

SO much in music options between the Currently Playing and Music I Enjoy and Recommend threads. This stuff keeps feeding my Deezer "what have you listened to" recommended playlists and flow stations. Gee, I may even expand my music horizons if I'm not careful! :laugh:

I've gone back and listened to 25 a few times lately. I had not listened to it since the week I purchased it a while back. This is probably my favorite song on the album.

Talk about folks who know how to play their musical instruments...Itzhak Perlman playing the theme from the movie Schindler's List.
We've seen/heard Itzhak in concert. Amazing.
