Hi, Wayne
Re the sound, I was a little concerned when background fluff music was playing before the show started. It sounded pretty muddy, not very entertaining, could have done without it. Hoped that wasn't the SQ I was in for.
But when the show started, it looked like the sound set up was a combination of the Concert Hall's built in speaker system and additional speakers in the front of the stage that probably traveled with the show. That worked! Bass from the drummer was nice and tight and deep, the band (drummer, sax, trombone, trumpet, two keyboards, 3 guitars) sounded good, and the voices especially were spot on. The four background singers (the Four Seasons part) had really good voices also. So probably a 4.5/5 for sound quality. I snuck out my iphone at one point to do a db check using the same SPL Pro app I use at home. Low to mid 90's for db's. About right to get into the music without busting ear drums.
