Hi, Wayne

When I play this YouTube version of the Moonlight Sonata on my HT, the receiver info bar says it's in PCM, DTS Neural format, so the receiver is up mixing it to all 9 channels.

Sounds amazing to me also.

Yes, Bro Rick,
I can up-mix it to surround sound by one of several matrices. But I just put it on Direct to hear it is the stereo that was coming through and indeed it sounded really great.
I nearly had to smoke a cigarette afterwards though!!!! That was BEAUTIFUL/SEXY.
Luscious!!!!!
Thanks, God Bless,
Wayne

How about a little RAVEL love?????
Seems he is largely forgotten here on this forum, but I think he was an awesome musical genius!!!!

This RCA is the one I have and I find it better than the one above, YMMV, but I don't understand the stopping and starting.
AND it includes BOLERO, though, sadly not Bo Derek.
Happy Listening,
God Bless,
Wayne

My wife and I went to a Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons concert last night at Bass Concert Hall on the UT campus in Austin. He's doing a U.S. tour this year.

2 hours of hits, with some Motown and several songs from his latest CD, "Romancing the 60's", added.

Frankie's still got it at age 84! His vocal cords act like they're still 20 years old. He still nails even the high notes. Audience loved it.

The only reference to his age was when he cracked a joke: "Now for something slower.... because I need it".

Great concert, would go again to see him perform. Lots of standing O's, audience participation, singing along. He really knows how to grab an audience and bring it along with him. People raving about his voice as we all left after the show.
