Lucky Chops -- Hello

I've had the T Refs for a smidge over six months now. It seems as though they've been sounding better and better as the months go by. Kind of like a good Tube Amp, the longer you mature the tubes, the better it sounds. By the end of the year the T Refs will probably surpass the Wilson Audio Alexandria XLF...free to Dream.
D-Sonic m3a-600m Mono > McIntosh MC152 > Primaluna ProLogue Premium Preamp > Oppo UDP205 > Decware ZLC > Triton Reference > Isoacoustics Gaia 2 > Canare 4S11 Speaker Cables > Audience Forte 3, Anticable L3 & Shunyata Venom PC's

Every great performance deserves an Audience!

Hey, Anthem

Great post!

Wilson Alexandria XLF’s... kind of the holy grail of SQ... (though they’re ungainly to look at to say the least).

I fell in love with the Ref’s at first listen. Do they keep getting better after break in? I don’t know. But I do know I keep rediscovering what they can do, every day. Every new song,, even replays of songs I’m familiar with... ALL sound amazing.

I’m not in the trade or upgrade mood. Already can’t believe the SQ pleasure I can have. Never thought I’d find such listening pleasure on a home system. Boy was I wrong!!!

Yes, the break in process can take a while, and they do keep getting better! And YES, everything I listen to sounds SO MUCH BETTER!

Love 'em, love 'em, love 'em.

Great comment about your TRefs boys!!!!
And "interesting" music.
Bro Roman, I must admit your photography is stunning, no matter what I think of your music, ha ha!!!!!
Charlie, sounds like you and Rick are loving your TRefs as much as Bro Anthem is.
Good for you guys. My wife's uncle died, we just got back from his funeral, while there I heard some authentic Thai music. Some instrumental, which MIGHT grow on me like wood ear fungus IF I live so long. And some cater-walling this guy did, who was M/Cing the funeral and afterwards winged it acappella on the microphone vocalizing all over the place, my wife thought he MIGHT have been singing the story of the deceased's life. Anyway it was the most gosh awful thing I ever heard in my life, I couldn't stop laughing. It was freakin' terrible!!!!! I already had ear plugs, noise protectors in my ears just for the monk;s praying part, but they were only cutting down the noise by 15 dB. Finally I went to sit in our car because I was afraid I was offending people by laughing so hard, my wife said her mom and aunts were crying, so moved by this threnody. Durn it, you should have heard it.
God Bless,
Wayne
God bless the child that's got his own.

Wow, Wayne...what can I say after a description like that? That must have been quite an experience! Maybe they are trying to create a disincentive for dying. Your story reminds me of some vocal "entertainment" I heard in a small restaurant in Abu Dhabi some time back. I listened and I listened, but I did not understand, Sam I am. Not to be repeated either.
