I was hunting around Recycled Records in Reno, Nevada, and found this gem. This is for the TRef folks out there, a great bottom end.

Digital source > multiple boxes and cables that are always changing > Triton Reference speakers

Incredibly well recorded, as are most of the Reference Recordings:

Lee Ritenour - Larry Carlton / Larry & Lee (1995) -- Lots About Nothin'

From two of the most skilled and versatile guitars in contemporary music, Larry & Lee, is a richly satisfying affair.
D-Sonic m3a-600m Mono > McIntosh MC152 > Primaluna ProLogue Premium Preamp > Oppo UDP205 > Decware ZLC > Triton Reference > Isoacoustics Gaia 2 > Canare 4S11 Speaker Cables > Audience Forte 3, Anticable L3 & Shunyata Venom PC's

Every great performance deserves an Audience!

I hope you all don't mind some Sweet Sunday music.
From his Opium cd -- Ottmar Liebert and Luna Negra doing their rendition of Montana Walking.

OK, folks, this is a hoot. John Atkinson of Stereophile is listening to PS Audio's reference system. He's wearing a small stereo pair of microphones close to his ears. What amazes me is how good this sounds on my TRefs! Wonderful imaging and sense of space. The last recording is a pipe organ, and that's where things get strange. The ultra low frequency (16 Hz if I remember right) is way too strong. My TRefs handled it just fine, but I felt the level is way out of balance with the rest. See what you think.
