This weekend I replaced the stock power cords on my Furman Elite 15PFI power conditioner and Emotiva CMX-2 AC Line Filter with Shunyta Venom 3 pcs. What a difference! For those of you who can't hear difference between stock and after-market pcs...i'll be praying for you.

Rick: have you tried replacing your Power Conditioner pcs? If not, give it a try...U may be shocked by what U hear.

Yep, those are real numbers, automatically generated by the system as people register (I've watched it grow from 1), and that does not include those who view but do not join, which is MUCH bigger based on our website analytics.

I agree, it would be nice if more participated, and also that we are very lucky to have Anthem (and Wayne) as active contributors.

Funny you should mention power conditioners....a couple days ago I tried a slightly different approach and plugged a Shunyata Venom Defender unit I had into a spare outlet on my Furman PL-PRO C 20 amp power conditioner. The Defender is a stand alone plug-in for noise reduction (Shunyata recommends plugging one into their PS8 power distributors, or for noise reduction in general, and some surge protection) when plugged into any unconditioned receptacles used for stand alone amps etc. So I wanted to see if it would give a boost to the Furman's conditioning effects. It did! The OPPO and Marantz are fed by that conditioner, via AntiCable pcs, and the SQ got a notch or two cleaner.

I was sufficiently impressed that I ordered a second Defender to try on other components not fed by the Furman conditioner. We'll see.
