Hi All....I just purchased a pair of the Triton 2+'s and a Reference Center channel. I'm trying to decide a couple of things. Quick background:

- Room Dimensions: 12' x 22' (about 2,200 cubed feet)
- Room location: Basement (Carpeted floors with concrete underneath)
- Seating area is against the 22' wall where the speakers will be placed 7.5 feet in front of me, about 9 feet apart from each other

First I'm trying to decide on a receiver...here are my choices:
Anthem MRX 520
Denon 3600h

The Anthem is only $200 more than Denon, but the Denon has a lot more features to it (I'm only going to have 5.1 setup)

Second, I'm looking to add a separate sub. Since the T2+ already has small built in subs that act like a ported sub, I'm assuming I should supplement that with a sub as well. I was looking at the SVS PB3000, but a lot of users on AVS forums like the HSU or Rtyhmiks. Does anyone have experience using these subs with the T2+'s? I'm only looking to purchase one sub now and possibly add a second one down the road.

Thanks everyone in advance!

Why not look at a SuperSub XXL or perhaps two SuperSub X?

There are a lot of sub choices out there...not sure if the GE subs are the best options.

Is your Goldenear dealer nearby, and do they have GEt SuperSubs you could audition? Both the X and XXL are real “fill the room with rafter shaking bass” speakers, and are tone matched perfectly with the GEt speakers you have. Wouldn’t hurt to have a listen...
5.4.4 HT speakers: T Ref fronts/LFE 1, SuperCenter Ref, T1 surrounds/LFE 2 + SuperSub XXL, HTR 7000 top fronts, HTR 8000 top rears
Zone 2 speakers; 2 Invisa 525's
AVR: Marantz SR 8015
Amp: AT525NC 5 channel
Cable/TiVo, OPPO BDP 105D, Bluesound Node 2i, Apple tv 4K streamer
48" SONY 4K OLED TV
