Clearly, I'm new here. I've got a use case for a pair of stereo in ceiling speakers. It's a very open space with wide separation between the two. The space is used for casual entertaining and material will be all music. Anyone have a suggestion for which one of the in wall/in ceiling speaker would be best suited for this use?

Thanks in advance for advice you might have....

Welcome to the forum elmn8r,
It sounds like a great question for the Moderator Dude and any others that have experience with the in ceiling speakers.
I don't, sorry, just wanted to welcome you here.
Pls let us know what you decide and how it works.
God Bless,
Wayne

Typically, on-wall or in-wall are better than ceiling for stereo applications. Are you planning on using a subwoofer?
7.1 today, moving to 7.1.4 tomorrow

If the stereo l/r speakers are far apart, I would suggest using two single point stereo models (Invisa SP 652), that way stereo is present to all listeners, instead of just the left or the right channel, depending on proximity. Mono would be another possibility, but not preferred and often not possible.
