Believe me, working to a budget that just does not budge much is no stranger here.
These things take time and patience.
The beauty is, you will still be enjoying really good sound as you work and save toward an upgrade.

Great choice, hkh2008! If it's not too late and your budget permits, I may suggest the SSX versus the 50C. That would be a better match for the Aons, and later, the T7s. If it is too late or the budget does not permit, be happy with your choice and don't look back! I look forward to hearing your listening impressions once you're all set up.

Good choice, the Aon 3's. One of my favorite bookshelf speakers. Before they became my surrounds I used them as mains, I enjoyed very minute, you will not be disappointed.
