hey :)
when I finally got the chance to hear goldeneye speaker them :0 I just fell in love.
at the moment Iam in New Zealand and would like the best sound quality For my money :)

my room size is 4m x 7m , 110" screen , 100%

my set up is 7.1 and I do have an amazing big sub ( all the speakers cross over at 80hz ) and currently running jamo ultra 6 ,

My Q is , I have been offer Ss/c 50 $500 ( each ) , Ss/c 60 $830 ( each ) , Triton Sevens $1600 ( pair ) , super center X $600 , super center XL $80

please which one will give me " bang for buck " and also I never turn the volume above 60% , thank U and if you could give me a reason why you chose that set up and how it compares to the others :)

but golden ear is the way to go :) SS3 for my srround :P

Welcome Hemo,
Good to have a Kiwi on here with us, I think you are going to be really happy with what you come up with.
GoldenEar Tech speakers, whichever ones you choose, all enjoy a house quality, a house sound that is just wonderful and AWESOME for the money!!!!
I am gonna repeat my self here, IF you have read much on this forum, you will have heard me say before, buy the best speakers you can afford. This means the Triton 7s (with your sub these will be incredible) and the SC-XL is a wonderful center channel. The reason is, rooms change, but you will have and enjoy these speakers for a lifetime!!!!!
AND your room is not small at all. My home theater is around the same size and I have a pair of T2s in the front, the SC-X (I don't have room for the XL, wish), T3s as surrounds and T7s in the rear.
Go for the most you can, stretch your budget, you will never regret getting the better speakers.
And please let us know what you select and how it works out?
I hope this helps, writing from Thailand here, and we people down here gotta hang together.
God Bless,
Wayne

Single sub, 80Hz crossover, you want a SuperCenter, not a SuperSat. Either model is great, pick what fits your space and budget.

Hey Hemo,
It is impossible to say what someone else would really like. And your listening habits? Only you know them and whether or not you will listen enough to make an extra $500 a good investment or not.
That said, to me there is a BIG difference from the SuperSats to the Tritons!!!! And the Triton 7 is a speaker you will enjoy for life, or for a VERY long time. Well worth the extra $.
IF it is too much, why not go with the Triton 7s now and add a SuperCenter XL later when you can easily afford it. It IS worth saving up for!!!!
But that is just my opinion, my feeling and what I did in my system.
IF you possibly can, you need to audition these speakers and decide for yourself.
I hope this helps,
God Bless,
Wayne
