Hi guys Im a new member here,I just ordered my first GE speakers. My setup are HTR 7000 for FR/FL, Super Center X for mid and Invisa 650 for rear left and right. I will be using FF5 sub, speakers will be mounted in ceiling. My receiver would be Pioneer Elite VSX-23THX. I hope I made the right choice, my older system was Bose Acoustimass. Thank you very much.

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the forum! I don't have any experience specifically with the in wall/ceiling offerings but they have received great professional reviews, just as with all GoldenEar products. I look forward to hearing your feedback as I plan to use the HTR-7000s for an Atmos set up. I have absolutely no doubt they will sound better than the Bose Acoustimass system.

I too do not know about in-ceiling speakers, but I am SURE 1000% this system will be much better than *ose.

I'm just sharing my thoughts after the install, guys these speakers are phenomenal! Sounded so crispy,FF5 is way to go! The installers were even amazed how it sounded! I am really happy and satisfied with GE. Cheers!

Better than Bose lifestyle?

I'm glad they met your expectations. We haven't had a lot of feedback here on these models so it's good to hear some first hand experience. I plan to use 2 or 4 in ceiling speakers for Atmos; eventually. Please check back after you have things settled in and have more time with the new system.
