My room is 14 x 26ft with 8ft high ceilings and I'm considering adding four ceiling speakers for an Atmos set-up which would complement existing 5.1 floor speakers. Which speaker would most likely give ther best effects, the 650 or the HTR7000? Thanks for any advice.

Edit: I should add that I'm asking because I've read conflicting views: some suggesting that the 650s would be best and others the 7000. Now that Atmos material is more readily avialable, what's the current consensus?

Correct - and my crystal ball says within a year every new movie will be Atmos encoded, and most TV shows will be too.

Good question, depends on location. The Invisa HTR 7000 is a great choice if you can position them outside (to the left and right) of the primary listening area as they will provide a large soundfield. If not, the Invisa 650 is the right choice for that application.

Thanks for the input. As I'm unable to position the speakers significanlty to sides of the listening area, it look like the 650s will be the best choice.
