Saturday's are "eat anything you want day" at our house. I woke up with heartburn last night. I'm wondering if any or all the food listed below could have caused this.

2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1/3 c. Oatmeal
1 Apple
Strawberries
1/2 Protein Bar
1 Cookie
1 scoop protein powder
Bacon Jerky
1 Peanut butter cup
1 can Tuna
Broccoli - Ranch dressing
Chips & Cheese curls
Brownies & Ice cream
Wendy's 3/4 lb. Cheeseburger (about did me in)
1/2-serving Cheese fries
Potato chips & Cheese curls
M & M's
Cinnamon roll
Ice Cream Sandwich
