Brother Wayne:

My wife wants to know what "you" eat for a typical breakfast, lunch & dinner. What do you receive internet services through & what speed? How do you receive tv broadcasts? Please indulge us. :cheer:

Just for you Bro Anthem,
Rice, rice and rice. ha ha
Thailand has nearly everything, but I live in the boonies, intentionally. We can see Burma from our house. So we are in the far North.
We do eat sticky rice a LOT, with nearly everything, whereas in Bangkok they would eat steamed or fried rice. Our family had Thai curry squid and a wonderful soup for lunch and dinner today, and we have the best fresh fruit and veggies. But day before yesterday I made pizzas and last night we made hot Buffalo chicken wings with fries.
So we mix it up. Miss Tex-Mex food the most. But Thai food is awesome, spicy and fresh.
Our internet is SLOW. I don't know the speed but a 3 min song on Youtube will likely take 5 min after it starts and stops quite a few times.
We have satellite TV, a luxury I pay the highest rate for during football season. We just got a coupla HD channels last year, after years of waiting, and now have maybe 20 or more HD. Great pic, but most sound is mono.
Coffee for breakfast.
I hope that answers your questions, ask more if you have them. Have you guys ever eaten Thai food? Can you eat spicy food?
Blessings,
Wayne
God bless the child that's got his own.

Have you seen 4G internet? We've had Verizon 4G internet for 14 months. We live 20 miles north of Wichita, Kansas. Now that we have 4G, we're bored and want 5G...nothing is ever good enough. ha -ha. We've had HD TV many years. Seems, though, that 3D TV isn't catching on but is in the theaters. We have state of the art theaters here (Warren Theaters)

Does Chinese Buffet count as Thai? We eat mainly turkey, chicken, some beef, lots of broccoli, peas, green beans, apples, strawberries, blueberries, sweet potatoes & tons of eggs & oatmeal. I go through 12 lbs. of whey/casein protein per month (I'm a weightlifter). Saturdays are cheat days, we eat anything we want....ice cream, pie, Chinese Buffet....skies the limit.

Coffee for breakfast? Absolutely
Spicy food? Absolutely
I wanna try the banana wrapped bee eggs. Sounds like something we see on the Travel channel (Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations or Bizarre Foods American).

I pray u had a wonderful Sunday. God Bless.

Hey Buddy,
Now I know where you are. I used to hitch hike through your area when I needed to travel from Texas to Nebraska or Wyoming.
A weightlifter huh? Come on over, we have some concrete blocks and bags of cement that are just made for a weightlifter.
We can keep some honey bee eggs warm for you in the banana leaves.
But NO, sorry to say, Chinese Buffet does not count as Thai food. I like it OK, but Thai food is 10 times as spicy and tastey, IMHO.
I love to watch A Bourdain and A Zimeranan, Bizzare foods, some of the things that guy eats look terrible!!!!! Funny thing is, the very thing he cannot eat, is the favorite fruit of my daughter and I, Durian. Lovely, smelly but lovely.

No, we do not have 4G internet yet, but they are gearing up for it here in Thailand. HD TV is great, but I am no where near ready to start "streaming" movies and music. I have real problems with someone else owning my music or movies. I want a disc!!!!

Even a slow internet works for email and keeping up with the new best value in Speakers, GoldenEar Tech. (gotta stay on target here)
We had a good Sunday, long day at church, then had to visit some sick in the hospital, then finally checked on our house, the marble guys totally messed up today, do it over!!!!!
Have a blessed Sunday,
Wayne
