just curious, when you are comparing the xxl and x are you running both at full range?

I have the x and am waiting for the xxl myself. I didn't get to do an A and B direct comparison so I hope it is worth it.

I have the XXL too. Its Epic!!!

I have it crossed at 40hz (nice crisp bass). The bass is not as loud as the powered sub sectoin on the Trition 1's but its a nice balance.

I like the XXL so much that I have started to play some music in Dolby PIIZ Music so that I can use the XXL with music. It all blends very nicely.
