Hi Wayne , thank you for all your participation in this forum - i enjoy your comments and good-nature :)
I was wondering if you felt that there was a "jump" in sound quality when you upgraded the cables? or was it an extremely mild improvement? I am assuming that any improvement at all is only in the sub, not the mids and highs?

Hey Twinturbo11,
Thank you for your kind words, they are encouraging and appreciated.
Honestly I never heard the 2s or the 3s with the stock power cords. The upgraded power cords were suggested from the get-go by my dealer and supplied by him that way.
The good news is, this will save me from the embarrassing admission that there is probably NO WAY I could hear the difference. Ha ha
This is just one more part of my quest, my belief that every little bit that I can afford may/might add up to more. Might help.
Your mileage may vary.
But enjoy the ride,
God Bless,
Wayne

Try wrapping some electrical tape around the end of the power cord (the part that "mates" with the power socket on the back of the speaker) before inserting. Start with just one layer, add more until it a snug fit . Not pretty or techy (although if you're careful and use tape as narrow as the part, it won't even show), but they won't pull out anymore.
