Sorry, didn't YOU say you were looking at the Triton Towers? In which case you would need to build the baffle wall deep enough to allow the speakers to stand behind it, with the front of the speaker as close to the front (ie, the screen) as possible. The curved front and the passive radiators are non-issues, they will not be any different than any other conventional full range tower loudspeakers stuck in a wall. That is, they are not designed for this and none will sound their best.

A typical baffle wall would use in-walls, which are designed to go in a wall (hence the name), so I am not sure why you want to use Tritons in that application anyway ... but, I was just responding to your specific inquiry. If you're building a big new home theater with a baffle wall, you should be using the soon to be released Invisa Signature Point Source for the front three speakers.

We are on the same page, sorry for the confusion. What you stated above is what I was understanding as well. I think like the OP, I also have to decide between the Baffle wall with Invisa SPS, or Triton Towers without baffle wall (maybe just treat the wall behind) which did not come across correctly.

Thanks for the feedback Robert and all. The concern is the side radiators being buried within a baffle Wall. As I sit back and think about it, the SPS might serve my need and eliminate the need for a full baffle wall. I can just build the screen out enough from the wall to hide the speakers or go with a baffle wall that doesn’t totally enclose the towers. Either way I think I can move forward with either option.

Great, let us know. Also how you handle the LFE might determine the route via a separate subwoofer, or utilize the Tritons for subwoofer duty.
