Sonix,

Based on this feedback and other threads, a T5 center with T1 left and right mains may be a great option as well. By all accounts, the most preferred home theater setup is three identical speakers behind an acoustically transparent screen. I'm with Rick, in that I enjoy the SuperCenter speakers, but I have not heard an "ideal" setup. Three T2+ speakers may be the textbook answer, but I would have a hard time giving up my T1s! Just a follow up to some sage advice. You truly can't go wrong which ever route you decide to go.

Cheers,

T Cobe

Here is another thought for consideration: The GE Moderator has pointed out that the Center Speaker is a primary sound source when in multi-channel movie mode. But, there is another way to bring the main L/R speakers into play for movies. Simply switch the sound mode to Stereo or All Channel Stereo for movie watching. We have found this mode to be very effective and enjoyable for watching any video source in which multi-channel sound elements either are not really present or don't really matter. In the stereo or all channel stereo mode, dialogue is coming from all speakers, which helps - particularly when watching a video which is dialogue-heavy.

Happy listening (and watching)
