Questions About Triton One Internal Bass Cross-over frequency (frequencies):

1. With a full range stereo signal connected to the Triton One speaker inputs, what is the low-frequency crossover frequency for that portion of the signal routed to the sub section?

2. Does the sub-level control on the Triton One have any affect upon the low-frequency crossover frequency?

If i am not mistaken, the crossover frequency is 120Hz.

Good to hear from you!!!

When I asked a similar question of Moderator Dude a long while ago, the answer was as I recall that T2's crossed to the bass drivers at about 160 Hz, and T1's at 120 Hz, as bonepeeler says.

I can only guess at whether the crossover changes with bass settings, but I doubt it.

Moderator Dude can enlighten further if needed.

Thanks for your reply. I have not been active on the forum lately because I have nothing new to report. So far, we have apparently escaped the virus (or have been a-symptomatic).

We are enjoying our new lives in Raleigh. Our grandson is now 16 and mobile. He generally visits us each week, which is really nice. we see our daughter on weekends when she is not on call - also nice.

I continue to enjoy my music and my GE/Cambridge/Sony setup, but I really miss choral singing. Hopefully, we can resume this Fall.

Hope all is well with all the GE folks and forum friends. I check in occasionally to look at posts.
