Hi -

I'm considering trying the Aon 2's in a bedroom system, where they would have to be mounted on dedicated shelves and placed essentially up against the wall. How do they do near wall boundaries? Do I lose much by mounting them so close to the wall?

That will be fine. Probably will get a little extra bass energy, maybe not quite the depth presentation but still will sound very good.
